Our house offers also a big room for the ski's with a shoe dryer. Bread and
milk service is available.

The main advantage of our house ist that it is located directly at the sking
slope from Kappl and the lightened toboggan-run.

Restaurants and bars as well as a ski-rental are near our house and the
shops are only about 5 minutes to walk (400m) away. >From our house to the skiing
area of ischgl its only 7km (1o minutes with the car. The stop of the skiing bus
to Ischgl is also only 400m away from our house and you can even go there by ski.

Our house offers you 4 holiday appartements:

The appartements are elegantly furnished and completely equipped living kitchen swith baking-oven, cerium parboiling field, refrigerator with freezing subject, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, water digester, satelite TV and radio. Bedlinen, towels and table-ware cloths are naturally likewise present.

Appartement „ Elegance “ for 5-8 persons:

The Appartement is located in the ground floor, has a size of approx. 75m² and is elegantly furnished, has two large bedrooms with 3 beds each, an approx. 28m ² large livingroom kitchen with a large glass front with an excellent view to the skiing run and a high-quality taking off couch. The cooking and the living/sleep area are separated by a passage elbow spatially. The appartement has 2x shower/WC and a large balcony!

Appartement „ Tosca “ for 3-5 persons:

The appartement is located in the 1. floor, has a size of approx. 50m² and is elegantly furnished, has one a bedroom with 3 beds, an approx. 27m² large livingroom kitchen with a large glass front with an excellent view to the skiing run and a high-quality taking off couch. The appartement has shower/WC and a large and sunny south balcony! This appartement can be combined up with the appartement for 2-3 persons, in the same floor, and offers then for 5-8 persons place.

Appartement „ Romantica “ for 2-3 persons:

The and elegantly is likewise situated in the 1. fllor, has a size of approx. 30m² and consists of a large livingroom-bedroom with kitchenette and shower/WC and has a terrace. The Appartement has a single and a double bett seperated by a wardrobe.

Appartement „ panorama “ for 5-7 persons:

The appartement is convenient, is situated in the attic and has a size of approx.. 75m², has two large bedrooms, an approx. 25m large livingroom kitchen with a high-quality taking off couch. The appartement has shower/WC as well as an extra WC. Each room has it's own balcony and the living kitchen has a large and sunny south balcony with an excellent view to the skiing run!
