The holiday apartment Frischmann Klaudia in Umhausen in the Ötztal Valley warmly welcomes you to an unforgettable summer vacation amidst the breathtaking mountains of Tyrol.

Umhausen, an idyllic village surrounded by majestic peaks, offers a variety of activities for the whole family.

The newly renovated and modern Frischmann apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible through a private entrance area via a spiral staircase. The apartment has an area of approximately 75m² and can accommodate up to 6 people with three bedrooms (one triple room, one double room, and one single room).

The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, the bathroom with a shower and toilet, and the cozy hallway with a reading corner leave nothing to be desired during your holiday.

All bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped with satellite TVs.

For your children, toys, a high chair, and optionally a children's bed (travel cot) are available in the apartment.

On the terrace (with a view of the private children's playground) or on one of the balconies, you can enjoy your breakfast or unwind after a day of activities.

The private children's playground, covering approximately 250m², with a trampoline, sandbox, swing, slide, and many other play equipment awaits young guests.

You can park your vehicle free of charge in the on-site parking lot (up to 3 vehicles), and your bicycles can be safely stored in our garage.

An absolute highlight nearby is the Stuibenfall, Tyrol's highest waterfall. Experience the power and beauty of nature as you explore the impressive gorge and watch the rushing water.

Another highlight for nature lovers is the Birds of Prey Park. Here, you have the opportunity to admire majestic birds of prey up close and learn interesting facts about their way of life. Witness fascinating flight demonstrations and be inspired by the elegance of these impressive creatures.

The Ötzidorf (Ötzi Village) is another worthwhile destination. Immerse yourself in the world of the Bronze Age and learn more about the life and culture of this fascinating era.

For hiking enthusiasts, Umhausen is a true paradise. There is a wide range of mountain bike and cycling routes available in Umhausen and the surrounding area for adrenaline junkies and sports enthusiasts.
