Appartement Schlager

Our newly built apartment starts this season in the first season,
is available from December 2018.

The 76m2 apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a large bunk bed and one with a double bed.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. So even if you travel with family or friends a retreat into your "own four walls" is possible.
In the vestibule of the apartment is the toilet.

The kitchen, the heart of the apartment, is bright and friendly through the large double window. The kitchenette is fully equipped with large fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker.
In the cozy couch corner you can put your feet up, read a good book, watch TV or have fun together at the fun game night.

We also offer them
a free carport for your car in our carport,
Drying room for ski clothing and ski boots,
Use of the infrared cabin and sauna in the basement,
lockable space for bicycles and charging for e-bikes,
free wifi access.

Are you traveling with baby or toddler? We know how it is, the trunk is bursting at the seams. That is why we provide them on request
a travel cot,
Bottle warmers,
High chair,
Stroller (brand Quinny Speedi) with carrycot or as buggy to disposal.

Our house is located on the outskirts of Annaberg in a quiet, child-friendly and sunny location. The nearest supermarket is about 100m away from us, fresh bread from the local bakery for breakfast is guaranteed.
The nearest restaurant, as well as the entrance to the Schibusshuttle can be found right next to the supermarket.
The entrance to the Kopfbergbahn (center) is about 750m away from us and either by car, ski bus or also easily reached on foot along a promenade.
The entrance to the Donnerkogelbahn (Austauwinkel) is about 3km away from us and can also be reached either by car or ski bus.

We are right next to the sports center of Annaberg.
There the following sports are offered:
Winter - curling and ice skating
Summer - basketball, football, long jump, tennis and beach volleyball

Good starting point for the many walking and hiking trails Annaberg has to offer.

Winter holidays in the Dachstein region

The ski region Dachstein West (Gosau - Russbach - Annaberg) is an insider tip for the family ski holiday.
A manageable ski area with 140 km of slopes. Beginners and experienced skiers or snowboarders will get their money's worth.

For those who prefer a quieter pace, less hustle and bustle, away from the slopes, try the touring tracks, cross-country ski runs or snowshoe trails in our Lammertal.
