Our house is located in 1350m on the broad high plateau Nösslach surrounded by an impressive winter landscape in a particularly sunny, open location, ideal for recreation-seeking nature lovers. Dreamlike ski tours to the surrounding mountains are possible directly from the house. As we ourselves enthusiastic skiers and we also deal with the weather conditions regarding ski tours we can give you valuable tipp.

2 Apartments optionally with 1 to 2 or 3 bedrooms
shower / WC, (some each room DU / WC), cozy living room with 3 hotplates, oven, fridge, dishwasher, kitchen cupboards, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, dining area and LCD TV. For your well-being, the apartments are predominantly equipped with native natural wood. Furthermore, each apartment has large, separate balconies with great panoramic views. Bed linen, table linen and towels are available, on request, we also offer a bread service. Gratis W-lan.

Our playroom with billiards, darts and table football, fitness equipment, the large terrace, the lawn with barbecue, small Kneipp pond, play equipment, table tennis, football goal and deck chairs to relax.

Holidays with us in the Wipptal - In winter, the newly developed ski area Steinach / Bergeralm / Nösslachjoch, awarded as one of the best, smaller families ski resorts with super groomed slopes, night skiing, toboggan runs. The Wipptal with its 5 side valleys is a wonderful ski touring area, a variety of trails and toboggan runs are offered, of course, mountain huts for a hearty fun. In summer you can hike, climb, cycle etc. in this beautiful mountain world.
