Wintertime is Ischgl time!

During the day on the more than 200 km long slopes of the Silvretta Arena, where there is sure to be the right slope for experienced skiers as well as beginners. For snowboarders, there is a specially designed fun park with half-pipe, high-jumps ... And parents have the opportunity to enroll their offspring in the children's ski school.

In the evening, after a delicious dinner, you can either go to the house bar or to the "fire & ice", where you are guaranteed to meet many nice people to end the day with a drink.

We use products from the "Conscious Tyrol" umbrella region. We have also been cooking celiac diet for over 40 years. Mrs. Kurz has celiac disease herself, which is why we specialize in this and enable you to enjoy a carefree holiday in our Boutique Hotel Goldener Adler in Ischgl.

Celiac disease, also called sprue in adults...

is a disease of the small intestine. It consists of a lifelong intolerance to the gluten protein (gluten/gliadin) of various cereals such as wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, green spelt .....
We offer a menu that is completely adapted to this disease, which promises a lot of variety and culinary delights. After rigorous verification, only fresh and healthy products are used and prepared in our kitchen, thus guaranteeing the best quality. Whether homemade bread, pasta, dumplings, Kaiserschmarren - the variations of different dishes are so diverse that there is something for everyone.
And for those who are particularly interested, we offer a celiac disease and nutrition workshop with Mrs. Andrea Hiller in summer.
