Right in the city center of Schladming we welcome you in our new boutique hotel where tradition meets modern architecture. With much dedication and the desire to bring old and new together, we have created a place of retreat and personal growth. The soothing room design is inspired by the Asian culture and the furniture is made out of local materials. Our hotel offers a number of places which invite you to relax and to calm down or where you simply can observe the hustle and bustle of the charming pedestrian zone.

Take time for yourself with a gentle hour of yoga or educate yourself at one of our presentation evenings about nutrition. Our concerts will also give you an opportunity to have convivial experience. If you are looking for more serenity, our teahouse, which is located in a glass cube, will offer you the right place.

Our room furniture and wall panels are made out of walnut. Every room category has been assigned to one of the five elements. Colours of the interior and decoration have been choosen accordingly to the particular element. The junior suites also function as barrier free rooms. However, you will not notice that straight away. Two of the rooms are equipped with fold out bunk beds which are perfect for families with young children. The family suites are two standard superior rooms with connecting doors and offer a great view to the city center / pedestrian zone of Schladming.

Due to the location right in the city center of Schladming you will reach everything you need within a few minutes by foot. The ski slopes and the cable car, sport shops with ski rental, the public swimming pool, shops, bus stop and much more are just a few steps away. You can park your car direct at the hotel for free.

The whole hotel as well as the restraurant is barrier free and accessible for wheelchairs. Our á la carte restaurant, which serves traditional Austrian as well as Ayurvedic and Basic Cuisine is directly connected to the hotel. Right on the rooftop you can enjoy a great view from our Spa.
