Apart Auer

Location

Our self-catering apartment is located in the middle of the Ötztal ca. 22, 6 km away from Sölden and ca. 9,1 km away from the skiing-region Hochötz.

You can reach the cross-country skiing area of Niederthai within 15 minutes by car.

About 7 minutes walking distance from the apartment is the stop of the ski-bus to Sölden or to Hochötz.

Facilities

Our apartment is sized 87 m².

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a lounge , dish-washer, fridge, coffee-machine, microwave and a cooker. The flat has 2 sleeping rooms each for 2 persons.

There is also a big living room with sat/tv and another sleeping accommodation for one further Person if needed and of course a bathroom and separat WC.

Other

In front of the house are two parking-places for free. The w-lan works in the whole flat and is also for free.

Our apartment is a non-smoking-apartment.
