Apartments Residence & Wellness Ariola

Our house was completely renovated in December 2012 and is situated in a central, quiet and very sunny position on the southern side of Selva Gardena, right above the promenade and far from any traffic. The excellent position of the house offers you a marvellous panorama of the Dolomites: Sella Group, Cir Group, Chedul and Stevia. In its proximity there is a playground for children, the ice rink, a variety of shops and restaurants.

The attractive rooms, mostly furnished with wood, create a pleasant atmosphere, so that you can feel like at home. For the health and figure of our guests the Wellness Centre of the house offers to those who love holidays in the open nature the pleasure of excellent wellness facilities. At Apartments Residence Ariola you will find a compact, high-quality wellness area which features a sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool and hay bath facilities.

Each apartment is furnished with an own bathroom including shower or bath, bidet and hairdryer, a separate eat-in kitchen with glass-ceramic hot plate, dishwasher and refrigerator. Each apartment has its own balcony or garden, satellite TV, safe and internet connection. There is also an elevator and a ski room.

Summer:
The quiet and sunny position of the house offers you rest and relax in our garden. The Residence Ariola is an ideal starting point for enthusiastic hikers and bikers.

Winter: Sie erreichen in 2 Gehminuten auf dem Promenadenweg den Skilift Nives. Dieser und weitere Lifte binden Sie in die unbegrenzten Möglichkeiten des einmaligen Skikarussells „Sellaronda“ ein. Die günstige Lage unseres Residences erlaubt es Ihnen auch, mit den Skiern nach Hause zurückzukommen.**

Sommer: Die ruhige und sonnige Lage des Ferienhauses bietet Ihnen Ruhe und Entspannung auf unserer Liegewiese. Für begeisterte Bergwanderer ist das Residence Ariolai ein günstiger Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und MTB Touren jeglichen Schwierigkeitsgrades.
