Greetings. The small forest guesthouse has grown into our wellness and hiking hotel Gassner **** superior - and the pretty Gassner tree house along with it. As a real family business, we bring a lot of warmth, charm and life into the house together with our wonderful Gassner Seilschaft. That's probably why so many things are so individual and varied here.

Feel good
Still waters and cosy warmth. From sweet idleness to conscious being. In our Crystal- and GardenSPA on more than 1,200 m² the opposites merge in such a natural way that you will notice with a satisfied smile how wonderfully enriching it can be to always find a new favourite place for yourself. Coloured light indoor pool, natural pool "mountain lake", salt sauna, panoramic outdoor sauna, bio sauna with spruce scent, mountain crystal steam bath, stone pine sauna, ice fountain, infrared loungers and relaxation rooms. For families, there is a dress-on sauna and a family relaxation room with water beds.

Bringing valuable things from the outside in and finding the special in the simple. Sometimes traditional down-to-earth, sometimes completely new interpretations. Served with a smile in our stylish restaurant or on the cosy sun terrace. Culinary delights are a matter for the chef - that has always been the custom - and so hotel chef Hans-Peter, chef Gregor and the team ensure a really good feeling in your stomach every day with a lot of dedication. Sit back, relax and let us serve you an enjoyable time-out - in the morning, in the evening and when you get a little hungry, we'll be happy to serve you something in between.

Snuggle into a made-up bed and wake up feeling wonderfully relaxed. Arrive and make new plans. Choose your personal favourite place from a total of 49 lovingly furnished rooms, studios and suites and enjoy being together with your loved ones or just for yourself. Whether it's a daydream or a bedtime story - with us you can feel at home.
An exclusive highlight of the hotel is the luxury tree house in a secluded location with a direct view of the mountains. A retreat on 147 very personal square metres in the middle of the treetops provide for your private time-out. On 2 floors you will find a sleeping area with free-standing bathtub, cosy living area for cosy hours, large wooden terrace with relaxing furniture and cuddly blankets for starry nights.

Your mountain summer
The mountain summer with us is varied and colourful, just like our offers. Explore the picturesque national park valleys from their most beautiful side while hiking or biking, climb your first three-thousand-metre peak or come to us for golf, relaxation and wellness. Are you up for a real family adventure? Then the numerous themed trails, the panorama and slide trail, the mountain cart track and the Kogel-Mogel adventure arena are just the thing for you and your family.
With model and hang-gliding, flying fox and climbing in the high ropes course, you'll be flying high. Canyoning, rafting, tubing or a visit to the Krimml waterfalls are the perfect way to refresh yourself on hot summer days. Do you like to hide in the forest? Then join boss Hans-Peter for game-watching in the hotel's own hunting ground or explore our forest playground directly behind the hotel with your children. Afterwards, in between or instead, a freshly brewed coffee on our sun terrace or a dip in our natural pool - your mountain summer can be so wonderfully enjoyable. Always included: our hiking service, at least 5 guided hikes per week and the National Park Summer Card. More than 60 free services (mountain railways, Großglockner, e-mobility, ...).
