Location

Our house is situated on the sunside. To Kaprun it`s about 1km..

• All ski runways and cross-country trails are accessible on the easiest way.
• The bus stop for ski coaches and line coaches in the direction of Kaprun, Zell in the lake or in the Oberpinzgau is approx. 50 m of our house.
• The "Pinzgauer Radwanderweg" leads past directly at our house.

In our house there are 3 flats, all situated on the 2nd floor. All flats were new renovated in 2006.

Appartment I (2-4 Persons)
2 separate bedrooms, bath with WC, kitchen-living room with dishwasher, microwave, cooker with baking oven, coffee maker, electric cettle, toaster, Sat-TV and balcony.

Appartment II (4-6 Persons)
2 separete bedrooms with extendable couch, bath with WC, kitchen-living room with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, coffee maker, electric cettle, toaster and Sat-TV.

Appartment III (2-3 Persons)
1 bedroom with extendable couch, bath with WC, kitchen-living room with cooker, coffee maker, electric cettle, toaster and Sat-TV.

Recreation

The fantastic sports offer and leisure offer in Kaprun and the Europa Sport Region lets the vacation with us become an experience. Who has it rather comfortably, shall be found on one of the sledge distances with comfortable stop possibilities. You can warm yourselves up in the nice leisure centre optimum in Kaprun, with sauna and generous swimming pools.

The cross country skiing trail and the bus station to Zell am See and Kaprun is about 50 meters from our house.
