Adjusted COVID-19 cancellation conditions - safe holidays at the Naudererhof (Winterseason 2022)
Free cancellation of your booked holiday possible up to 48 hours before arrival if you or one of your family members are demonstrably ill with Covid19 (proof of isolation required).
Basically, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung, for your comprehensive all-round protection and a carefree holiday!
If you cancel without taking out travel cancellation insurance for a reason that is not a Covid 19 cancellation, the cancellation conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
