of Stumm in the Zillertal !
Quietly situated on the Zillertals´sunny side, the new Apart Maria guesthouse
is the ideal retreat for families with children, singles, groups, bikers, ....
Discover the centre of Stumm that you can reach by car in 3 minutes away.
The local butcher, baker and a supermarket perfectly cater to our guests´needs.
Gourmets as well will find a fine selection of restaurants and cafes - from Pizza
to exquisite gourmet cuisine with regional delicacies.
In Stumm you also find a pharmacy and a medical-doctor .
Right at the Zillertal cycling trail, only 3 minutes away from the popular Hoch-
zillertal-Hochfügen skiing area by car, the holiday apartment offers everything
holiday - makers could long for, both in winter and in summer.
Across 110 m² and in 3 double rooms, the Apart Maria guesthouse offers
sufficient space for family or friends. The generous new apartment kitchen comes
with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area ( 36 m² ) and a com-
fortable couch. After an active holiday in the Zillertal, you can spend cosy hours
next to the tiled stove or the fire-place or enjoy the sun on the large balcony.
The holiday apartment features two seperated bathrooms with shower and 2 WC,
two satellite TVs, free parking as well as Wi-Fi.
A ski-room and a bicycle storage are at your disposal as well.
On request, we pamper you with fresh bread and pastry from the local baker´s
and offer high chairs as well as cribs.
During your family summer vacation,you can leave your car parked and access
the Zillertal cycling trail or hike to Märzengrund and Hamberg right from the
accommodation.
Refreshment is guaranteed at the pools of Badewelt Stumm - only 3 minutes
away by car, for kids there is a public-playground close by.
Girls and boys can go Pony riding at the farm next door, while parents enjoy
barbeques in our beautiful garden.

- Preise exklusive Kurtaxe (Sommer: 1,50 € pro Tag und Person; Winter: 1,50 € pro Tag und Person; Kinder bis 15 Jahre frei)

Buchungs- und Zahlungsinformationen:
- Check-In: Am Tag der Anreise können Sie das Appartement ab 15:00 beziehen.
- Check-Out: Am Tag der Abreise bitten wir Sie, das Appartement bis spätestens 10:00 zu räumen.
- Eine Buchung wird erst durch eine Bestätigung unsererseits und durch das Einlangen der von uns erbetenen Anzahlung von
30% des Gesamtpreises wirksam
- Barzahlung oder Überweisung
- Es gelten die allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie
Stornobedingungen:
- Bis 3 Monate vor Anreise können Sie kostenlos stornieren.
- Ab 3 Monaten bis 1 Monat vor Anreise berechnen wir 40% des Gesamtbetrages.
- Ab 1 Monat bis 1 Woche vor Anreise berechnen wir 70% des Gesamtbetrages.
- In der letzten Woche vor Anreise berechnen wir 90% des Gesamtbetrages.
- Haben Sie Verständnis, dass bei einer vorzeitigen Abreise 100% des Gesamtbetrages berechnet werden.
Um Ihnen unnötige Kosten oder Ärger zu ersparen, empfehlen wir den Abschluss einer Reiseversicherung. Bei Nichtantritt, verspäteter Anreise oder frühzeitiger Heimreise aus gerechtfertigten Gründen, besteht umfangreicher Versicherungsschutz.
