From Moena, reach "Fango", untie your shoelaces and let your steps follow the rhythm of nature. Here you can enjoy an authentic experience of well-being, without artifice, simply letting yourself be guided by the earth under your feet. In 2020, a natural wellness area was created, open to all. Because what could be more real than feeling the surface you walk on with your bare skin? Here, every step takes you through soft mosses, vibrant ferns, fine sand, gnarled trunks, smooth stones and crystal-clear waters. Each surface radiates its energy, challenging your balance and awakening your senses.
Experience first-hand how nature modulates your breath, reactivates dormant sensations, prickles, warms and welcomes you. Sometimes, it even moves you. Because as the muscles relax and the tensions melt away, the heart accelerates, then slows down, in a silent dialogue with the world around you.
A unique experience to rediscover the meaning of your place in the world. In the heart of nature. Where else?
Opened in summer 2020 and inspired by the Moena path (Roncac - Ischiez), the "Fango" sensory path was created for those in search of authentic contact with Mother Earth. A place of meditation and inner listening, where you can gather deep emotions as your body reconnects with nature. You'll discover the amazing variety of sensations offered by the ground: the softness of mosses and ferns, the coolness of sand, the scent of fir bark. You will immerse your feet in the crystal-clear waters of the San Pellegrino stream, cross wooden walkways, keep your balance on logs and stones, surrounded by the intense green of rare plants and flowers.
How to get to the route
The "Fango" area is located along the road that rises from Moena to the San Pellegrino Pass. You can get there by car and park in front of the picnic and barbecue area. From here, a dirt path leads you gently to the San Pellegrino stream. After crossing this path, continue for about 30 metres: the beginning of the path is on the right, indicated by signs. At the end of the loop, on the left, you will find benches that are perfect for taking off your shoes and enjoying a moment of relaxation.
