Two magic carpets, a children's lift and a T-bar lift take you to particularly family- and beginner-friendly slopes. In the family Ski-Park, skiing beginners can try their first steps on skis.
Modern snow-making equipment ensures perfect fun on the slopes.

Schneeberg Chairlift

Important note: Touring is not permitted in the area of the T-bar lift. Please use the open area around the Schneeberg chairlift. Parking spaces for tourers are also available there.

In winter, the area around our Schneeberg chairlift is transformed into a paradise for all fresh-air enthusiasts and those hungry for exercise.
The four-seater chairlift takes you relaxed up to the 1,210 metre high Fadensattel. There is the ideal starting point for wonderful winter hikes on the highest mountain in Lower Austria or downhill runs in the open countryside.
If there is enough snow, skiers and snowboarders have two sporty ski routes at their disposal. While you enjoy your turns here, you can also enjoy the impressive panorama of the surrounding winter mountains. Touring and snowshoe hikers also get their money's worth in the winter sports paradise of Losenheim.In the cosy mountain huts Edelweißhütte and Almreserlhaus you will be spoilt with hearty regional home cooking.

ATTENTION: Outside the operating hours of the Schneeberg chairlift, the ski route is not open and is therefore free terrain. During this time there is therefore no control with regard to avalanche safety.

The necessary winter sports equipment, such as skis, snowboards, helmets, poles and snowshoes, is available at attractive prices from our ski rental.
