Two easy hiking trails marked by the local beautification association lead through the municipal area of Stratzing. They offer hikers everything they would expect from unspoilt nature. The many small vineyards, fields and meadows are typical of a wine-growing region. If you look closely, you can still find plant species that are already extinct elsewhere.
A riding stable with Icelandic horses and a tennis club invite you to take part in sporting activities.

The so-called Ice Age Hiking Trail not only shows the site where the oldest man-made stone statue was found - Fanny from Galgenberg - but also tells interesting details about life in the Ice Age.
Throughout the year there are local events such as wine tastings, hiking days, church festivals, fire brigade festivals, theatre performances, cellar lane festivals, etc.
