The ski area Damüls-Mellau-Faschina offers you winter pleasure on the well groomed slopes for skiers and snowboarders, safe powder snow slopes for freeriders as well as sunny cross-country ski runs and winter hiking trails. The ski resort is particularly well known for its high snow safety. This was awarded in the year 2007 with the title "Snow richest village in the world". On average over 9.60 m of white powder, Mrs. Holle scatters in this meteorological favorite area.

The ski resort Damüls-Mellau-Faschina is the largest ski resort in the Bregenzerwald with 28 lifts and so it is one of the three largest skiing areas in Vorarlberg. With over 100 perfectly groomed piste kilometres of all levels of difficulty and the unique Snowpark, there is almost unlimited skiing pleasure here. And the big plus, here you can get from the accommodation directly to the piste! So "ski-in & kki-out" is possible in the places and your car can also take a few days of vacation.

The three cable car companies are constantly investing in quality improvements of the lifts, pistes and snow-making facilities. Heated leather armchairs at the lift or free wifi in the ski resort counts here as well as the newest piste vehicles with environmentally friendly and economical technology. The 'Hohes Licht' double chairlift from the 1970s has reached the end of its journey: This past summer, it was replaced by a state-of-the-art 6-seater chairlift. From now on, a modern 6-seater lift equipped with the latest technology and the highest safety standards will take you up to the top of the mountain!
